At Luxuel, we work to get your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a separate email with tracking once it ships.
Delivery Times
- United States: 7–12 business days after processing.
- Europe & United Kingdom: 7–14 business days after processing.
- Rest of world: 10–18 business days after processing.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or peak periods.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days of ordering, email support@luxuel.com.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs (if any) are calculated and shown at checkout before payment. Any free-shipping offers are applied automatically.
Customs & Import Duties
For international orders, import duties or taxes may be charged by your local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us within 12 hours at support@luxuel.com and we'll try to correct it before shipment.
