Shipping Policy

Luxuel currently ships only to addresses in the United States. Orders with delivery addresses outside the United States cannot be completed at checkout.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a separate email with tracking once it ships.

Delivery Times

• United States: 7–12 business days after processing.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or peak periods.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days of ordering, email support@luxuel.com.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is free for United States orders.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us within 12 hours at support@luxuel.com and we'll try to correct it before shipment.
