- You're protected two ways: cancel any time before dispatch, for any reason, for a full refund — and the Fulfilment Guarantee, which returns every cent if we can't fulfil your order. Plus a 30-day return window and a 2-year warranty.
Why we ship direct instead of holding stock
A genuine FDA 510(k)-cleared laser cap is expensive to manufacture. We chose a direct route: partner directly with the manufacturer behind FDA-cleared laser caps and pass the savings on rather than marking up warehoused inventory.
That's the entire reason the 272 lands at $899. Your order is placed with Luxuel and fulfilled direct from the maker; the purchase is not a reservation for a future production run.
When does my order ship?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed, and United States delivery is 7–12 business days after processing. You'll receive a tracking number by email the moment your cap ships. Because your cap comes direct from the manufacturer rather than a warehouse down the road, we state the full route rather than promise next-day delivery we can't keep.
What is the Fulfilment Guarantee?
It's simple: if we can't fulfil your order, you get every cent back. Your payment is protected. On top of that, every order includes a 30-day return policy on unused, unopened devices and a 2-year manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Can I cancel before it ships?
Yes — any time, for any reason, right up until your cap dispatches. Email support@luxuel.com and we refund the full price you paid to your original payment method, no questions and no friction. You don't need a reason and we won't be asking you for one.
That's separate from the Fulfilment Guarantee above. The guarantee covers us failing to deliver. This one covers you changing your mind. You're protected either way.
Is this a real product or a concept?
