When does my order ship?

Your cap dispatches within 1–2 business days and arrives in roughly 7–13 business days — under three weeks from order to doorstep. You'll receive a tracking number by email the moment it ships. Because your cap comes direct from the manufacturer rather than a warehouse down the road, we don't overpromise next-day delivery we can't keep.

What is the Fulfilment Guarantee?

It's simple: if we can't fulfil your order, you get every cent back. Your payment is protected. Can I cancel before it ships?

Yes — any time, for any reason, right up until your cap dispatches. Email support@luxuel.com and we refund the full price you paid to your original payment method, no questions and no friction. You don't need a reason and we won't be asking you for one.
