Start with the simple routine

1. Place the cap comfortably on your head, with the brim sitting naturally and the dome positioned over the scalp.
2. Connect the cap cable to the black controller, then connect the controller to the supplied mains adapter.
3. Press ON/OFF and set the session timer. The controller counts down during use.
4. Settle into a 30-minute session, then switch the controller off before disconnecting the cables.

The cap is designed to become a repeatable part of an at-home routine. More time is not automatically better: follow the supplied instructions and keep the schedule you can sustain.

What is included

Your Luxuel Laser Cap 272 set includes the cap and removable dome assembly, the black controller, the USB power cable, the mains adapter, and the carry case. Check the packing list in your box before your first session. If something is missing or arrives damaged, contact us before using the device.

Cleaning and storage

• Switch off and unplug the device before cleaning.
• Wipe the exterior gently with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Do not soak the cap, controller, dome or cables.
• Keep liquids away from the dome opening, controller screen and connectors.
• Do not use abrasive cleaners, solvents, bleach or heat to dry the device.
• Store the cap and controller in the carry case, away from direct sunlight, high heat and excessive moisture.
• Do not bend, pinch or sharply coil the cables, and do not use a cable or adapter that is visibly damaged.

Troubleshooting

The controller does not turn on

Confirm that the mains adapter is connected to power, the power cable is seated at both ends, and the outlet is working. If the display remains blank, stop there and contact support. Do not open the controller.

The timer is not counting down

Switch the controller off, wait a few seconds, reconnect the cables, and start a new session. If the issue repeats, note what the display shows and contact support with your order number.

The cap or cable looks damaged

Do not use a visibly damaged device. Take a clear photograph, keep the packaging if available, and contact us so we can advise on the next step.

The device feels uncomfortable

Stop the session and adjust the fit. The cap should sit securely without painful pressure. If discomfort continues, discontinue use and speak with a healthcare professional.

Warranty and support

The Luxuel Laser Cap 272 includes a 2-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under the warranty terms supplied with your order. The warranty does not invite modifications, misuse, accidental damage or normal cosmetic wear.

To request support, include your order number, a short description of the issue, when it began, and photographs or a short clip if they make the problem clear. Do not ship the device back until support gives you instructions.

Is the device battery-powered?

No. The Luxuel Laser Cap 272 is mains-powered through its controller and supplied adapter. It is not cordless, rechargeable or battery-powered.

Can I repair the cap myself?

No. Do not open the controller, remove internal components, alter the dome or use third-party power hardware. Contact support first so the issue can be assessed safely and the warranty position preserved.

Where can I find the safety information?
