Founding story
Luxuel began when hair loss arrived in the founder's own home. The search was for a device in the clinically studied low-level laser therapy category, with a published clearance number and a price that did not require a four-figure commitment. The full account is in Why We Built Luxuel.
This is a founder story, not a testimonial. Luxuel has no customer trial of its own device and does not borrow customer outcomes.
Clearance: what it means and what it does not mean
Both current Luxuel models are covered by FDA 510(k) clearance K261253. A 510(k) clearance means the device was reviewed through the FDA substantial-equivalence pathway for its stated intended use. It does not mean FDA has certified a guaranteed result, and it does not turn category research into a clinical trial of this specific device.
The exact wording matters: Luxuel is FDA 510(k) cleared. The clearance holder is not named here; the public product fact is the clearance number and its scope.

Pricing, fulfilment and returns
The 272 is an active listing at $899, in stock and shipping now. Current delivery terms are shown on the product page and are updated from the live fulfilment route. The 132 is an active $599 listing that is currently Sold Out, with no confirmed restock date.
The current customer terms are a 2-year warranty from delivery and 30-day returns for unused, unopened devices. If a device is faulty we arrange the return and the repair or replacement at no cost to the customer. On change-of-mind returns the customer covers return shipping. What we will not claim
We will not publish before/after photos as proof for a device with no customer history. We will not say Luxuel ran a clinical trial of this device. We will not promise, guarantee or imply a particular hair outcome. Category evidence and the 510(k) clearance are not substitutes for customer data, and we will keep that distinction visible.
