We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied with your Luxuel device, you may request a return within 60 days of delivery.

Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 60 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be in their original condition and packaging, including all accessories (cap, controller, power adapter, and manual).
  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@luxuel.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions. Please do not send items back before receiving confirmation.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time to appear on your statement.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@luxuel.com with photos. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
